The hotel's location was excellent because it was on the palm. driving to other hotels on the palm or to jbr was easy, as there wasn't much traffic. there were constant events, including pool and beach parties, which i found fun. i really enjoyed using the gym and relaxing by the pool. maiden shanghai was my favorite restaurant. It accommodated my gluten-free needs so well, and the waiters were very kind.
i noticed one tiny thing, sunbeds on the superior room balcony are mentioned online, but i didn't find them . it was a little strange since it was on the website.

The breakfast buffet was diverse and plentiful. I found many options to suit my taste. the location near the beach was convenient. it made access easy for swimming.
The waiting time for valet service was quite long. it often took more than 20 minutes to retrieve my car. It affected my relaxation.

i found the pool area quite congested, even during off-peak hours. securing a sunbed seemed like a competition, and the staff seemed more focused on pushing orders than ensuring guests' comfort.
